From November 28th, 2021, the stars, lit in the memory of loved ones, will once
again shine over Coggeshall.
For those who are new to Coggeshall, or hearing about us for the first time, for
the past 5 years, 4 large stars have been placed on St Peter’s Church tower and
shine out over Coggeshall during the festive season.
These stars are “purchased” in memory of loved ones passed, and act as a
beautiful way of remembering them during this time.
Since we started in 2016, we have raised over £3500 for local charities and organisations based in Coggeshall. This year we are proud to support “Ending Life’s Taboo”, a charity set up in memory of local resident Ross Saxton Davis, offering counselling to young people with a terminal illness.
To buy a star this year (£5 each) please come and see us at the following locations:
19th September – Harvest Festival at St Peter’s Church, 10.15am until 11am
9th October – at Coggeshall CO-OP, 10am until 12 noon
24th October – at Coggeshall CO-OP, 10am until 12 noon.
We look forward to seeing you.
Kate, Joanna and Sue.
